The "natural" bright white color is favored for its sanitary look. Knives stay sharp when cutting on HDPE material since it is a softer plastic material that takes much longer to dull the blade.All of our dimensions are NOMINAL.We also can do custom cuts, a minimum of 10 pieces. We cannot cut anything under 6".
